This A/C has always been hangered, and worked on regularly. Due to the constraints of work at the time, followed by family and then other financial obligations, the owner was only able to work on and maintain the aircraft, but not to fly it.
Also included is a massive library of Meyers publications, including factory blueprints, etc.,
all the replacement skins for every panel and gear door (except the nose), factory new, Battery box, Hydraulic tank, Fuel selector, hydraulic pump, Air Box, fuel senders, springs, door handles, baggage latch assembly and handle, towel bar, retractable step, crossover tube, air vents, panel knobs & handles, seat latches and springs, arm rests, and countless small items.
All of the above go to the next owner of 31CC. Also providing the new owner a set of very expensive Meyers Jack’s and custom Tail Stand. Also have a specially made tail cone platform for servicing the aft screw jack. Some specially made tools and Meyers specific tools will also go with this purchase, along with any Spares in my possession.
These wonderful aircraft do not come on the market very often and now is the time to own a great piece of history and an incredibly capable aircraft.
