Thomas-My understanding is the fuel flow set-up is not overly complex for the person who understands it and has done it. Who in Germany have you used in the past? Wonder if you might find a YouTube that might show it?
One thing to make sure is that you adjust your fuel flow at wide open throttle at sea level to be 10% of your rated HP. So on my IO-520 rated at 285 HP, my fuel flow at takeoff is 28+ GPH. That ensures keeping CHT’s reasonable on climb out.
