I was having the same issue with N430DP this summer. I had it removed and sent to the prop shop for bench testing and had the springs replaced. They ran it for 2 hours on the bench with no issues, but I’m still only reaching 2600 RPM on takeoff.

He is a certified FAA welder working for Delta. He was able to blast, inspect, repair, and paint in his shop. Turned out wonderful.

Since I am new to flying the 200, so far I’ve honed in on 110 MPH for DW, 90 MPH on base and final. I have yet to use full flaps, only T/O setting for landing.
