<p>I was having the same issue with N430DP this summer. I had it removed and sent to the prop shop for bench testing and had the springs replaced. They ran it for 2 hours on the bench with no issues, but I&#8217;m still only reaching 2600 RPM on takeoff. </p>

I use N430DP for mostly cross-country flights. When in a cruise around the 7,500-10,500 altitude range I usually average and plan for 200mph with a fuel burn of 14-15gph. 									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I had N430DP&#8217;s engine mount repaired in 2 places by a welder in Brighton, MI. He is a certified FAA welder working for Delta. He was able to blast, inspect, repair, and paint in his shop. Turned out wonderful. </p>

<p>Since I am new to flying the 200, so far I&#8217;ve honed in on 110 MPH for DW, 90 MPH on base and final. I have yet to use full flaps, only T/O setting for landing.
