NEW YORK – September 8 2022, /PRNewswire/new record-breaking tourism arrivals from the United States were announced today by the Israel Ministry of Tourism. Israel welcomed 78,000 total travelers from the United States in July 2022 that’s a 4 percent increase from 2019 and 71,000 total visitors from the United States in August 2022 which is an increase of 13% from 2019.

Prior to the COVID-19 Pandemic, we were celebrating record-breaking numbers of tourists entering the country month after month. Canada is poised to beat Israel’s tourism arrivals, with 7,200 tourists visiting Israel in July 2022 and 6,600 tourists in August.
