In the recent post card mailing, we listed both hertz and enterprise, along with contact numbers.
Today I tried to use the provided numbers and couldn’t actually get either of the two numbers to actually let me get a car at Carson City.
I called the FBO, Mountain West, and they let me know that you need to talk to LOCAL Enterprise staff.
In order to get to the local enterprise staff, you call the local enterprise number, 775 883 7788, then when it starts talking to you, hit “*” (the star key). This will forward you directly to the local counter.
In chatting with them, they explained that the card would be dropped off at the airport with paperwork. you fill out the paperwork, the FBO faxes it to enterprise, then you get the car.
You can also leave the car with the FBO at the airport when you leave.
