    Good morning all,

Getting some options together for refurbishing the interior in N430DP this winter. I had heard that someone possibly created a new fiberglass seat bucket? Can anyone steer me to whom I would chat with regarding some more contemporary/modern options that are approved on the 200? Appreciate the feedback.

Andy-several of the guys have replaced the front seats via a 337 with Bonanza seats and a custom mount. I did my interior in 2012 using the old seats and wish I had waited. The Bo seats are more conformable, take up less room and are easier to get in and out at inspection time, etc. I also think a 337 for the back seats should be attainable as well. I put a Baron seat in the back and it fit perfectly and was much roomier with footroom, etc. Dan McLeod and Nels Harding are 2 guys who have done it I believe.

    Andy,
I’ve installed a set of the bonanza seats in N929DM as well in N2992T. They are great upgrade in my opinion. My customer also has some of the fiberglass seat buckets as well!! Let me know if i can help!!

TC-which Bo seats specifically do we need to look for? And best sources for seats?

    Best-

    Hi TC,

Thanks for the info! On the fiberglass seat buckets – can I use those and just redo the original Meyers seats? I think this will be necessary purchase either way.

    Andy
