									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Does anyone know where I could find information on adjusting manual brakes?  The right will suddenly grab when pressure is applied. The left smoothly grabs as pressure is applied.  My mechanic has &#8220;adjusted&#8221; them but there is no improvement. </p>

There is a problem with the rigging in that the restoration AP IA has said it has been done according to the manual and set at nominal. Another AP said the rigging is to loose and not acceptable.  Any advice/assistance would be appreciated.</p>
