John, on another matter-can you take a picture of the vent and post you mentioned on the hat shelf?
Much obliged.

Back in the Olden Days (1993), Don Petty sent 200D windows, for making molds, to Aircraft Windshields, 10871 Kyle Street, Los Alamitos CA 90720, Tel 562-430-8108. It was then, and is now, run by Judy Gallo, and has been in business for 50 years. That was a long time ago, and who knows if they can do anything now, but it is worth a try if Cee…[Read more]

The whole spool valve was a vendor part, custom manufactured for Meyers. I would take the spring to a large dealer and see if they can match it. Century Spring Corp?

Make sure your pump is good also could be loss of pressure from worn seals in the pump the spring will usually compress and coil bind with lots of shims “washers” and pressure will go up , probably to high ouch!

Thomas, I replaced all except windshield in 2012 and also used Cee Bailey’s. We have heard they have been hard to get of late, but Mark is right, that’s the place to start.
Assume the crack has been stop-drilled for now?

Does anyone know of a source for the spring that regulates hydraulic pressure(part number: D65B046-5)?
This spring applies pressure to a small plastic ball and mine has weakened and been shimmed with washers as much as possible. It now needs to be replaced. My mechanic was able to get the plastic ball from Joan Diver. It had to be replaced as…[Read more] -

Hi Thomas,
I replaced all the glass on my 200 in 2001. Last month, I replaced the small vent window. The glass is available from Cee Baileys Aircraft Plastics. The web site is http://www.ceebaileys.com. They are currently listing the rear window for $390.00. Hope that helps.

Hi, I have it installed as my plane is SN 368, the first one not affected.
It looks exactly like the drawing.I have a front view picture where you see it and can make details by mid September.
Please send me an email to thomas_kube@me.com as I cannot upload from my iPad.Cheers,
Thomas
