As I was replacing my battery this weekend, I noticed that there was a component attached in series to a circuit connecting both sides of the master relay that had degraded into a snowball.
It looks like an old style ceramic capacitor, about an inch and quarter long. Also included in the curcuit is (perhaps) a diode, and a fuse.

Dean, I’m ordering some other stuff from Aircraft Spruce, so I figured I’d order the wing root fillet. is it listed as the beechcraft wingroot seal (http://www.aircraftspruce.com/catalog/appages/doorseals4.php?clickkey=4626)?

The A’s and B’s originally came with an IO-470 and had a lower VNE. In order to upgrade them to an IO-520a or IO-550f, there are stringers that need to be added to the empennage. That’s very troubling about Cee Bailey. I bought windows and windshields from them only a few years ago and didn’t have any issues.
As for the rear windows, be sure they know that you have a D model as even those windows are different than in the A’s and B’s.

What would you like to know about N5511M? It doesn’t seem to have any accident reports on the NTSB website. And, that’s really all I know about that particular Meyers 200.
I can offer advice and suggestions on the general information about the 200. Just ask.

Hi Donald, Thanks for the advice. It turns out that somebody rebuilt the right flap incorrectly. So rather than re-building the flap at this time, my AP has added a small trim tab to the flap and now the machine flies “hands off”.
