Mark-I had the same issue several years back. My mechanic sourced alternative caps and used the rubber and replaced on the old caps.

I have the thermos-style fuel caps on my plane and need to find replacements as they no longer make a good seal with the tank. Does anyone know of a good source and possibly even the part number?

Mark,
When I repainted my airplane the folks at Aero Graphics in Colorado made identical duplicate decals for the gear. You might need to send them photos/drawings of the originals to get it just right.
