Hi Barry. What’s the problem? If it’s just really stiff, the easiest solution is to lube the control, starting at the cable right behind the panel. Start with SeaFoam DeepCreep and then use LPS spray.

That’s very troubling about Cee Bailey. I bought windows and windshields from them only a few years ago and didn’t have any issues.

As for the rear windows, be sure they know that you have a D model as even those windows are different than in the A’s and B’s.

What would you like to know about N5511M? It doesn’t seem to have any accident reports on the NTSB website. And, that’s really all I know about that particular Meyers 200.

Frank-not sure my first message went through. D model has flush rivets ob the wings. The IO 550 is accomplished through the STC or a field approved 337. I am thinking there was some empennage beef up on the C/D…? Hopefully someone can confirm.
