I have started the restoration of N413KS, previously N427VV, and would like to maintain the original interior panel lighting operation if possible. Ross, thank you for the explanation.
Forgive my ignorance, when you refer to the glare shield, is that the overhang of the dashboard?
If so, mine must have been recovered at some point because I don’t have any lights at that location.

I’ve seen some very nice leather wraps on the 200D yokes. Could someone suggest who I may contact for this work? Wanted to re-due the ptt switch and possibly add an autopilot disengage switch.

1966 200D: N413KS

Could someone be kind enough to explain how the original panel lights were arranged?

I have red post lights located over every instrument, controlled by the original dimmer/switch.
