Was indicating 200mph at 6500 ft last flight, i make that 196ktas.

I did top overhaul with new ported and polished cylinders and the pistons might give higher compression. The prop is available twol would like 30k for engine, 2500 for the prop.
The engine should produce more hp than a stock 550f. At a fraction of the cost.
