The OTW manual contains drawings of how the panels were originally laid out, complete with placards. Most panels have been modified over the years, some beyond recognition! I can supply a manual or pics of my panel if that would help.

Mark-did the shop remove the control surfaces??

Congratulations on the OTW restoration. My wife has 1941. I believe it’s the original config and instruments and I can send you a picture of it. You are running into the same problem that hung me up for several years. All of our planes are actually already on the AML for the Air/Oil Separator. I reached out to Joan and asked her if she had any rudder caps to replace the strobes if they were removed and she did not. Any idea on how to get one fabricated? I know I saw a couple at the 13 fly in in Tecumseh. I bet a number of folks would be interested in a cap if we would get them fabricated.

Ray-I had mine overhauled by a guy out on the west coast. He did a really good job if that is a path you want to pursue.
