The ones that I know about all seemed to have the original cap cut down and re-glassed.

I found an eCopy of the parts manual in my files and it lists the part numbers/sizes of the seals for all of the actuators except the step actuator. Does anyone have information on the step actuator?

The airplane can be very tight for someone who is 6-8. My 6-9 friend can’t fit in either seat, but he has long legs that won’t fit under the dash or around the controls. The feel tanks are welded aluminum and may be easily removed from the aircraft (given a little patience and dexterity). The hardest part is disconnecting the fuel lines.
